Your spinner ring might arrive with the spinning action feeling snug. This will loosen up with spin time! I make them intentionally snug to help maintain their structural integrity. Making them with too loose of a spin from the start could allow them to fall apart.
Please be mindful that the spinner ring's spinning components are made up of two separate pieces: an inner ring and outer ring. If debris (like dirt, lotion, or soap) were to get in between the two pieces, it might jam up the spinning action or make it feel gritty while spinning. No worries! Keep spinning and with time, the debris should work its way out. If something sticky makes its way in the channel, run the ring under water while spinning to help clean it out.
